Mrs. Hazel Manning has over 40 years of experience in program planning and management working as a senior administrator and representative in local, regional, and international arenas. Mrs. Manning is a certified coach, speaker, and trainer with the John Maxwell Leadership Team.
Dr Jo-anne Manswell Butty
Consultant
Dr Manswell Butty earned her M.Ed. in International Development Education, and Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Howard University. She has published refereed journal articles and book chapters. Dr. Manswell Butty also serves as president of the Avondale/North Woodridge Citizens’ Association in Maryland.
Dr Lincoln Marshall
Consultant
Dr Marshall is a published author. He is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, the American Society of Training and Development, and the Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education. He received a BS in psychology from Grinnell College and a Ph.D. in counselling and student development, with a support field in human resources management from The American University, Washington, D.C.
Judy Oxley-Fullerton
Consultant
Judy Oxley-Fullerton has 25+ years in customer service across telecom, education, and finance. She’s a trainer and presenter, creating internal materials for staff-customer interactions. She’s a Chartered Marketer (Chartered Institute of Marketing UK) with a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. Her research examined supervisor behavior’s impact on worker engagement in Trinidad’s financial sector.
Mrs. Oxley-Fullerton co-founded the Mutual Fund Association of Trinidad and Tobago, overseeing two investment schemes for First Citizens Group. Currently, she heads Success Principles, a leadership consultancy fostering value-based cultures in companies.
Dr Emily G. Dick-Forde

Dr Emily G. Dick-Forde is a political, intellectual, pragmatic leader and accounting and governance academic with over 23 years’ experience as a Lecturer in Accounting, Deputy Dean and Head of Department within the University of the West Indies. Dr. Dick-Forde was appointed a Government Senator and Minister of Planning, Housing, and the Environment in the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago (2007-2010).
